CANCELLATION POLICY

No cancellation or changes are accepted within 24 hours of your appointment.
Booking deposits are non-refundable, you can reschedule via your confirmation email up to 24 hours before your appointment.
If you cancel your appointment before 24 hours of your appointment your booking deposit will be stored as a credit at Allure Spa.
If you have to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of it commencing, your booking deposit will be forfeited.
If you fail to make contact in cancelling your appointment or you forget, you are considered a ‘no-show’, this means your booking deposit will be forfeited, and the remainder of your appointment is to be paid in order to make any future bookings with Allure Spa.

At Allure Spa we understand that illness, mistakes and emergencies can happen, this policy has been put in place to protect the business financially and fairly. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting why this policy is in place.
