Choosing Alice as your trainer

“I graduated in 2012 with a diploma of Resort Management (Spa) at William Angliss Institute MELB and a diploma of Beauty Therapy at Elly Lukas Beauty Therapy College MELB.

Shortly after graduating I began working at the Hyatt Regency Coolum QLD (now Palmer Coolum Resort) followed by the Grand Hyatt MELB.
It was here that I had the exciting opportunity to work on high profile clients (Nicole Kidman and Kid Rock for some fun facts).
But despite all this excitement, nothing compares to the feeling of starting my own business and working for myself as Allure Spa.
I charge what I am worth, work the hours that suit my family and I live comfortably.
This is what I want for you. I started from the bottom to get to where I am today, no mentor and no-idea really. I don’t want you to have to start there, I want to share my knowledge that I have learnt out there working in the industry because most of what I learnt was from experience not from my fancy diplomas.

Brow laminations have become a very popular beauty service in the last 5 years. Like many beauty treatments, it isn’t best to jump straight in. In the early days of brow laminations, the professional products used where extremely harsh. A lot of damage and breakage was seen in clients. This is exactly the opposite of what your client deserves. Your client deserves research, using only the best products with no damage so they can return as a regular client knowing you have their best interests at heart. After all - damage will lose you clients, taking short-cuts will lose you clients, not listening to the clients end goal will lose you clients and doing a service on someone who is not a good fit, will lose you clients. You need the confidence to make the right decision for your client because you are the qualified one.
